Mr. Beck practices in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice. He is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts. Since joining Gary Roberts & Associates, he has worked to better the lives of people with disabilities, including brain and spinal cord injuries, through litigation involving the negligence of others. Mr. Beck was part of a team of attorneys at Gary Roberts & Associates that recently completed a three-week medical malpractice trial in Panama City, Florida that resulted in a confidential settlement of $8.1 million.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Beck worked with organizations dedicated to people with disabilities. Mr. Beck worked for Enable America, an organization designed to increase employment among people with disabilities, immediately prior to law school. He was responsible for creating relationships with Tampa business leaders and educating them on the importance of hiring people with disabilities. While working for Disability Relations Group, he helped lobby for government leaders to choose appropriate voting machines to allow people with disabilities to vote independently after the passage of HAVA (Help America Vote Act) in 2004. Also, while at Disability Relations Group, Mr. Beck was able to help CASCIL (Caring and Sharing Center for Independent Living) create hurricane guides and transportation guides for people with disabilities in Tampa Bay.

He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While in law school he was a member of the John Marshall Bar Association and participated in the Law School Mentoring Project. Mr. Beck also had the honor of working for the Attorney General's Office for the District of Columbia, and he had the opportunity to sit as third chair in a week long employment discrimination case in United States District Court for the District of Columbia.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude from Gettysburg College, receiving Departmental Honors for his thesis on the alarming disparity in voter turnout between people with disabilities and the able-bodied population. While at Gettysburg College, Mr. Beck was a member of the basketball team and Phi Delta Theta fraternity.

He was born in St. Petersburg, Florida and raised in Clearwater, Florida.
