Police reports link sober home operator to prostitution, ‘flop’ houses

This weekend, The Palm Beach Post reported on one seemingly repugnant operator of sober homes in Palm Beach County.  While he denies any connection to these sobers homes, Kenneth “Kenny” Chatman has been identified as the owner of several homes under the name, Staying Alive.  He is also the Director of Operations at Reflections Treatment Center in Margate.

The article uncovers accusations of drug use, prostitution, insurance scams, and even imprisonment within the houses.  Due to the lack of oversight of these homes, this is an all too common story.  If you or someone you love have been the victim of a crime while a resident at a sober home, call us today.
